During the launch of the Indira Rasoi Yojana in Rajasthan in 2023, Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot, had only a single directive that anyone living in the state should not go to sleep hungry at night. Over 358 cooks from cities in the state participated in the Indira Rasoi Yojana in order to make sure that no one in the state sleeps hungry at night.
